Track 1 – A body-based meditation on the earth element, as expressed through bones, fat, muscle, skin, and hair. Sitting time: 25 minutes

Track 2 – A body-based meditation on the elements of water, fire, air, and space as expressed through fluidity, temperature, movement, and emptiness. Sitting time: 25 minutes
